No kerbing job is the same, so how can one kerbing machine be expected to cater for all scenarios? It can’t.

No matter what you have been led to believe in the past, the only way to successfully and efficiently complete your kerbing job is to harness a machine that has been specifically tailored to suit your needs and makes use of worldclass componentry.

And at Arrow Machinery we can help.

Unlike many of our competitors who offer just one universal kerbing machine, at Arrow Machinery we can provide you with 6 powerful kerbing machines that can easily be modified to deal with all eventualities. Our machines are manufactured using Rexroth hydraulics, Minnich vibrators, Moba controls, Komatsu undercarriage components and Honeywell switches  made to US Milspec.

With our customers in mind sourcing spare parts is easy through our worldclass network of manufacturers.

We don’t believe in supplying you with a kerbing machine then sending you on your way. We want you to feel satisfied in the functionality and diverseness of our kerbing machines.

That is why we offer detailed consultations to all of our customers, so we can build you a uniquely customised kerbing machine capable of handling all aspects of your operation.

Our Range of Slip Form Machines and Extruder Machines

When it comes to offering your kerbs the best results, your first choice should always be slip form machines or extruder machines.

Each unique in their own way, both of these kerbing technologies can offer you impressive results when used wisely.

Slip Form Machines

Renowned for their faster construction times, slip form machines can not only save you time and money, but thanks to their better quality components and higher strength, they can reduce your operation crew from 5 to 3 people.

Using wet mix and vibration technology, our slip form machines have been proven to:

  • Solve customers problems better
  • Be 3 times faster at making kerbs
  • Be twice as strong

Be adaptable in application, for example against pre laid slabs, under guard rails and over reinforcement

Ideal for subdivisions and highways is our Arrow 750XL. Similar to our 750 slip form machine, it can be used for all kerb specifications, for instance any height or width.

Most often used in the construction of industrial car parks, our Arrow 350 creates ‘scab on’ kerbs and is the machine for pouring small curbs 30cm x 45cm (12" x 18") on top of concrete or finished pavements. Using an auto line sensing system the Arrow 350 features accurate variable speed control and complete vibration control and can be steered automatically or manually for tight radius work.

This is one of the most economical machines on the market today.

The Arrow 350 mini is designed for forming curbs on top of finished pavements. Using worldclass components, powered by a 3 cylinder Yanmar water cooled engine, the Arrow 350 mini is equipped with all the essentials for good slipforming.

So why not contact our team today and discover how our slip form machines can help to cut your manpower from 5 to 3 people?

Our Extruder Machines

Known for using dry mix, our extruder machines compact using a ramming mechanism for forming kerbs and propulsion; enabling you to build a variety of kerbs including landscape, car parks and subdivisions.

Best known for being smaller than most kerbing machines, this enables our extruder to function across multiple locations, lower your costs (both in terms of manpower and effort) and ultimately save you money.

Ideal for creating garden edge and landscaping kerbs, the Arrow 110 extruder machine is particularly useful if you plan to renovate multiple garden edging or mowing strips in domestic or commercial areas. Being ideal for free formgarden edge construction, two basic shapes are supplied with the machine.

Available in fully automatic, semi automatic or manual, our Arrow 770 extruder machines caters for council and subdivision kerbs.

Normally used for building car park kerbs, the Arrow 450 is efficient, reliable and compact. Being a smaller machine it is excellent for shapes up to a maximum width of 450mm and where tight radii down to 1.3m are required.

Choose the wrong kerbing machine and you risk wasting your time and your money.

Fortunately during our consultations we will analyse every aspect of your project, assess your needs and ensure that you are equipped with the best in slip form and extruder technology.

Purposefully customised to match your kerbing needs and location, with Arrow Machinery you can trust that we have got your best interests at heart.
